It’s day one of the 28-Day Detox that I am teaching at Gazelle Sports of Grand Rapids! I get to share the month ahead with twenty-six new friends that are READY and EXCITED to heal their bodies with whole foods. I am honored and so incredibly inspired by each of them each in a unique way.

Our first of four meetings was held last night in Gazelle’s Community Space. We reviewed this week’s protocol, had food demonstrations, food tastings, and we wrapped up the evening by indulging in lovely raw vegan deserts from Deliciosity.

One of the requests that I received last night, was to share what Steve, Ellie and I are eating during our detox. Pictured here are our day-one dinners.
