Here’s a quick and easy way to clean pumpkin seeds. The not-so-fun part of carving pumpkins, if you also want to enjoy eating the pumpkin seeds is cleaning them off. It doesn’t require any fancy equipment and kids can help too!
Step by Step Instructions:
-Fill a stock pot or large bowl with water and put the pulpy mess into it.
-Under water pull it apart.
-The pulp will sink and the seeds will float.
-Simply skim the seeds off the top.
