Names like quinoa and millet may be new to you, but if you can make rice you can whip-up these delicious grains too. Quinoa is actually a “pseudo-grain”, a gluten-free seed but it is used in cooking like a whole grain.
Each grain offers it’s own flavor, texture and nutritional profile, so you’re getting a variety in your diet. For example, millet is known for it’s nutty flavor and quinoa is packed with protein.
