Have left over guacamole? Store it properly so that it can be enjoyed just as much the next day. Here’s a simple tip: Cover it completely with water and place it in the refrigerator overnight. When you use it the next day, pour off the water, give it a stir and enjoy! The water will ensure that oxidation or browning doesn’t occur and it will add a bit of moisture back to the dip as well because food stored in the refrigerator tends to dry-out in the cool air.
