Raw For 30 Days Update: I’ve achieved detox nirvana. My grey hairs (and I only have a few, mind you;) are turning BROWN again! Yep, brown at the roots, not the other way around. Why would I want to get off this fountain-of-youth party train?

Four more days of 100% raw goodness…

Rawk the Guac in 1,2,3:

Dice the avocado while it’s in the skin,
by slicing the flesh vertically then diagonally.
(Being careful not to pierce your skin, of course because: A. ouch, B. gross & C. step 3 involves lime juice…ouch to the max!)

Scoop out the diced avocado with a soup spoon.

Stir in a few tablespoons of homemade pico de gallo, a pinch of sea salt and a splash of lime juice.
