Bananas are Mother Nature’s perfect pre-packaged fruit! However, sometimes we don’t use our bananas as quickly as we would like and they end up not looking very desirable but they are still edible. My recommendation is to freeze them (peel and all) and use them later for a QUICK and TASTY banana ice cream.
