Jumpstart your day by drinking 8-16 ounces of purified water right when you get out of bed in the morning.
Fill your bottle the night before and set it somewhere convenient so you can grab it first thing. I drink my water at room temperature, as to not shock my body with water that is too hot or too cold. Your body works very hard “cleaning house” while you sleep. Help it by drinking enough water to flush that waste out of your body.
I drink mine in a reused glass Voss bottle because I like the idea of reusing rather than opening a new bottle everyday. Glass is virtually non-reactive, it can be sanitized in the dishwasher when necessary, and this bottle is clear so I can see what I am drinking.
It is a simple, inexpensive way to start your day off right.
