28-Day Detox 2/28: So Dang Proud of My Peeps! And, More Eats!!!

Steve’s and My Breakfast:
(V/GF/R)
Gimme Green Pure Energy Super Smoothie
(with a heavy hit of ginger)
Served with a FAT Glass Straw

It’s day two of our 28-Day Detox and my peeps are staying strong! SO PROUD OF THEM!!! One, found herself out to dinner with a friend’s family, at a bar of all places, with nothing to eat but a few baked potato chips and water. She’s staying tough and waiting until later to eat some fruit. Two others had to endure the Friday night pizza delivery at work, and they hung in there snacking on bananas until they went home to eat a healthy meal. There are a few experiencing mild caffeine withdrawal headaches, a few that are just plain tired and one brave soul with a full-on healing crisis. She just kept repeating to me on the phone, “I CAN DO THIS!”

YES YOU CAN!!!
I’ve been asked, by my detox class, to share what we are eating

Had a yummy fruit smoothie (not on the menu) at Boatworks in Hld. for 3.50 🙂 Ask for Monica; she told the cooks to blend up a breakfast fruit dish with ice. Sooo yum!!
