Try my Strawberry Parfait and you’ll say:
“Meats and cheeses; you’re ROCKIN’ my clock, Mary!”
Sure laugh now, but after eating this you and Karen Walker will be walk-ing in the same Louboutin shoes, with your toes curled!
Strawberry Parfait
(Vegan/Gluten-Free/Raw)
Ingredients:
3 C Coconut meat, from a young Thai coconut
1/3 C Agave
1/4 C Coconut oil, warmed to a liquid
1 t Vanilla
Strawberries
Directions:
Put all of the above except the strawberries in a Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy. Then, chill until firm. Slice strawberries. Layer strawberries and whip cream in a glass. Serve!
