Maybe you over-indulged this past Thanksgiving weekend and need to reset your diet? Or, maybe you are feeling GREAT and want to stay feeling that way through the holidays, either way I have you covered with a holiday inspired green juice.
Green juice alkalizes and energizes the body plus the holiday flavors of pear, ginger, fennel and pomegranate not only add a festive flare to this beverage but are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants which help boost the immune system and ward off sickness. Drink this hearty juice as a meal replacement or as a snack between meals. Let the holiday hoo-ha begin, you’ll be prepared…Cheers!

“Fall Into the Holidays” Green Juice
(v/gf/r)
Makes 8-16 ozs

1-2” Ginger
2-3 Celery ribs
1 Cucumber
3 C Dark leafy greens leaves (kale, chard, beet greens, spinach, etc…)
2 Pears
1/2 Fennel bulb
1/2 C Pomegranate seeds

Preparation:
• Run all of the above through a juicer (ginger and celery should be juiced first because they tend to clog the juicer).
• Stir to incorporate flavors and enjoy.


*Can thin with purified water, if needed.
