Yesterday on eightWest, co-hosts Rachael Ruiz and Terri DeBoer aired my WOTV 4 Women “How to Make a Green Smoothie” segment. It inspired Rachael to make one and share it with her family. Hopefully it inspires you too!

Gimme Green
Pure Energy Super Smoothie
1 C Apple Juice or young coconut water
1 Banana, frozen
2 T Flax oil
1 C Dark, leafy greens
2 T Lecithin granules
2 T Coconut flakes
1/8 C Sprouts (optional)
Ginger, to taste (optional)
2 T Cacao nibs (optional)
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients except the cacao nibs
in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy,
then add the cacao nibs in at the end
for added “crunch”.
